Hoylake Village Life started in the Autumn of 2009 in response to the decline of the retail offering in Hoylake, prompted by the recession and other factors which forced many local businesses, especially shops, into an impossible trading environment.
It is clear that Hoylake is a place that its residents love, and to see our village in decline was frustrating. But we believe the answers lie in the hands of the community.
There are many thriving community groups with a wide variety of agendas.
An excellent place to share news and views is the Hoylake Junction website.
You can also publicise your group here: send us your details and we will publish some information about what you do, as well as contact details, website (if you have one) and more.
Think of this website as a virtual local information centre and you’re getting the picture. It’s your village too… help Hoylake get its Mojo back.
